To educate equine facility personnel about arena preparation and maintenance Arena managers and staff from all over the United States are coming to Midland & the Horseshoe Arena. Bob Kiser, renowned footing expert will be teaching the academy. Bob is one of the world's leading experts in footing (dirt). Bob Kiser was selected as the dirt expert for the 2010 World Equestrian Games.
