Rate Schedule

Horseshoe, please contact us.
Main Arena
(Building A)
Performance rate: $1000.00 per show vs. 10% of gross tickets
sales to a maximum of $4000.00 per show.
All day rate: $1000.00 plus equipment, including tables, chairs,
horse stalls, and others as needed.
Horse stalls are $14.00 each day or $40.00 per week by prior
arrangement.
Horse shows may receive an arena discount
based upon the total number of stalls rented each day.
Stall discounts begin at one hundred (100) stalls per day and
provide a $250.00 daily discount and an additional $250.00 for
every fifty (50) stalls added there after.
Livestock
Arena (Building B)
$750.00 per day or part of a day, plus equipment.
Horse stalls are $14.00 each per day or $40.00 each per week by
prior arrangement.
Stall discounts apply year round to this facility.
Shows
with fifty (50) or more stalls daily receive the arena at half
price and shows with one hundred (100) or more stalls daily
receive the arena at no charge.
Education
Building (Building C)
$350.00 per day or part of a day, plus equipment.
Terrace
$100 per day or part of a day, plus equipment.
Terrace may
be only rented in conjunction with the rental of another arena
or building within the complex.
Move-in, move-out, rehearsal policy
One day of free move-in is provided to any lessee renting an
area within the complex for a multi-day show. All other
move-in, set-up or rehearsal is at one half the standard rate
plus utilities in the main arena.
Designated rental periods
Rental periods are: 6 a.m. to 12 noon; 12 noon to 6 p.m.; 6 p.m.
to 12 midnight;
All day rental: 6 a.m. - 12 midnight or 1 a.m. on Saturday night
only. Any show lasting beyond midnight is subject to a 50%
surcharge based upon the previous day's base rental fee.
Equipment charges
Tables (rectangular) - $2.00 each per day
Tables (round) - $5.00 each per day
Chairs - $.75 each per day
Cushion Chairs - $1.00 each per day
Cattle panels - $2.00 each per use
Hog and sheep panels - $1.00 each per use
Roping chute - $50.00 each per use
Sale Ring - $250.00 per use
Rodeo equipment - $250.00 per use
Stalls - $14.00 each per day or $40.00 each per week
Fees
Novelty charge - 20% after taxes
Catering - 10% of retail value of meal
Damages - Cost plus twenty percent (20%)
Copies - $.20 per page
Fax - $2.00 first page, $1.00 each additional page per fax
transmission
Services
Lift w/operator - $15.00 per hour
Electric distribution panel - $75.00 per panel
Light or sound technician - $20.00 per hour
Stagehand/spot/light operators - $20.00 per hour with a minimum
of two (2) hours
R/V hookups - $25/night
Security - $25.00 per hour/per officer. Total number at
manager's discretion.
Lot clean-up fee
On one-day horse shows only, a $5.00 charge per non-stalled
horse is assessed to help defray excess clean-up costs.
