Oilfield Helping Hands and Roseland Oil & Gas are proud to present the 2nd Annual Black Gold Bash: a benefit concert featuring Randy Rogers Band and the Hamiltons.
Oilfield Helping Hands has provided assistance to many families in financial crisis due to medical and other serious circumstances. OHH is here to help oilfield families in need. OHH has awarded more than $5 million to recipients in need since its launch in 2003.
To qualify for assistance, applicants must meet specific criteria. Applications for assistance are reviewed and voted upon by the Grant Review Committee.
OHH helps families in the E&P sector of the oilfield who have found themselves in financial crisis through no fault of their own.
Applications for assistance are submitted to the Chairman of the Grant Review Committee by OHH active members. At the next monthly meeting of the committee, the application is reviewed and voted upon. However, the OHH President, with the Grant Review Committee Chairman’s concurrence, may also grant emergency relief up to $2,000 without Grant Committee review.
Here are just a few of the many faces of real people whose lives have been touched by the efforts of Oilfield Helping Hands and its members.
Oilfield Helping Hands, established in Houston in 2003 as a nonprofit charitable organization, helps oilfield families in financial crisis. Since 2003, the organization has provided more than $4.9 million to date to industry workers and their families and continues to work in the most economical fashion to maximize the funds available to recipients each year. Since our beginning, we have expanded to establish chapters in Oklahoma, Rocky Mountain and Permian, and are working toward establishing chapters in other areas of the United States that have an active oilfield community.
We are a group of volunteers who raise funds through donations, corporate memberships and annual fundraising events. We welcome individual members, volunteers, event sponsors and corporate members to help us continue to be the premier charitable organization for the oilfield community.
It’s easy to join (and free for individual members), plus it is rewarding and fun. We invite you to get involved.
Join us March 25, 2020, at Midland County Horseshoe Amphitheater, 2514 Arena Trail Midland, TX 79701.
