The Life Center is a nonprofit, faith-based, alternative to abortion organization advocating sexual wellness through three areas of outreach: teaching about sexual risks, helping through pregnancy, growing through next steps.

Fall Fundraiser benefiting The Life Center with Kirk Cameron

Kirk Cameron first became known to millions as Mike Seaver from Growing Pains, the hit 1980s sit-com. Since then he’s invested his time and energy in faith and family-focused live events, television shows and films including Fireproof, which inspired the best-selling book The Love Dare.

His movies Left Behind and Monumental, The Way of the Master television series and hundreds of live events focus on marriage, family and parenting. Kirk’s podcast, American Campfire Revival, urges the family of faith to return to the principles that will bring blessing and protection to America. Produced in partnership with Kendrick Brothers Productions, Kirk’s most recent film, Lifemark, emphasizes the value of life in the womb and the beauty of adoption.

He has produced a documentary, The Homeschool Awakening, and hosts Takeaways, a weekly talk show. The Camerons also host an all-expense-paid summer camp — Camp Firefly — for terminally ill children and their families.

Kirk met his wife Chelsea on the set of Growing Pains; they have been married 32 years and have six children.
