Our Commitment to Your Health & Well-being

We prioritize the health and safety of attendees, staff, exhibitors, and business partners. Our team is maintaining all cleanliness to the highest standards throughout of facility. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have enhanced many of our cleaning and safety protocols to protect the health of all who walk through our doors.

Sanitation

+ Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout our facilities and at the entrance of each main event room.
+ All touch-points are disinfected on a continual basis throughout the day. Touch-points include door handles, ATM buttons, concession stand counters and tables.
+ Restrooms are regularly and thoroughly disinfected daily or continuously during event hours. Restrooms feature touch-free sink faucets, toilet fixtures, urinal fixtures, toilet paper dispensers, and paper-towel dispensers.

Social Distancing

+ Capacity for all exhibit halls and meeting rooms will be revised to allow for physical distancing standards.
+ Where possible, public access doors will be designated as entrance or exit only, to limit cross pedestrian traffic and personal contact.

Food & Beverage

+ All catering operations have been and updated to align with best practices for safety and hygiene. Protocols include, but are not limited to:
+ All employees a must wear proper hygiene wear gloves, hats, and gloves.
+ All food will be served as individual portions.
+ Attendants are required to pour coffee at stations.

Onsite Communications
+ Print and digital signage in public areas, including restrooms, reminds guest of important hygiene measures and physical distancing.

Staff Protocols & Training
+ All employees receive COVID-19 awareness training and continuous education for their roles.
+ We instruct our employees to stay home when they feel ill or have had any possible exposure to COVID-19.
